  • Charmaine is the founding owner of Straight & Sleek hair which was established in 2010. She has decades of experience and has created the dream hair for thousands of clients. Charmaine is passionate about hair straighening & smoothiing as she knows first hand how much it impacts our lives in such a positive way when your have easy beautiful manageable hair.

  • Charmaine is accompanied by a team of highly skilled technicians who continuously produce incredible results, hence they have a very large loyal clientele base. Many Gold Coast colour focused hair salons leave straightening to the more experienced & refer their clients to Straight & Sleek!

  • Straight and Sleek is an exclusive, professional, purpose built straightening salon at a private residence in Mudgeeeraba, on the beautiful Gold Coast, QLD, Australia.

  • WE ARE MOVING OUR SALON TO KIRRA BEACH EARLY DEC 2025. New Location Kirra Village Shopping Centre 13/48 Musgrave St Coolangatta Qld

  • The space is relaxing, well ventilated, super luxury & comfortable. You will definitely relax while your hair is being relaxed.

  • Our salon is a very uniquely designed specifically for straightening services which has very different requirements than a normal salon. We have the most comfortable luxe salon chairs to accommodate a long service, our basin chairs equiped with massage rollers will begin your relaxing journey with us (Average 4hrs). Along with high tech ventilation keeping the air fresh and clean as we do produce a steam when infusing our safe products into your hair which in a normal salon can be inconvenient. Not to mention as well we serve luxe drinks & nibbles, accomodate laptops with specific tables amongst our moody, chill vibe space where you can relax & take a peek at the sea view from our beautiful space - you won’t want to leave
