Think of this as a long-lasting conditioning treatment that removes frizz while nourishing and strengthening the hair. Using advanced smoothing systems such as Nanoplasty, similar in ingredients to our permanent straightening formulas but processed differently - we tailor the service to either soften, reduce or maintain your natural curls and body.

Ideal for clients wanting sleekness without full permanent straightening, this treatment takes less time in salon (around three hours) and sits at a lower price point. Results are semi-permanent, lasting approximately 4–6 months, with maintenance products recommended to prolong longevity and keep your hair smooth, healthy and manageable.

About Our Soft Straightening

Permanent straightening takes 4 hours on average, with longer thicker hair taking 5 hours. Smoothing/semi permanent take 2.5-3.5 hours. Express De-Frizz takes 3 hours.
Darker colours - best after as our services do produce a lighter/warm colour change. Colour can be anytime after your service, even the same day. Blonde - Avoid bleach for 1 week prior & 2 weeks after your appointment, this is very important for condition & results. Toners are fine anytime & are best after.
No we prepare your hair in salon, we wash your hair prior to all appointments to remove any build up & residues etc. Our organic in salon formula is very gentle and tailored perfectly for each product we use as the perfect preparation.
Yes there are no restrictions at all.
We will trim your ends complimentary after your service. If you require styling & a full haircut we recommended visiting your regular stylist.
No all of our treatments are chemical free. We provide non tox solutions, which penetrate the hair shaft locking in nutrients & moisture helping repair & restore your hair. Our treatments are extremely beneficial for your hair leaving it healthier than before your treatment.
Absolutely! We do however prefer a week or two before immersing in magnesium pools, especially if your hair is bleached.
At Kirra village shopping centre, 1 hour free, then we have free parking signs for our customers to be placed on your dash which there is no limit of time. Please ensure you do not park right at the door of the salon which is within the restricted to 15 minute parking area.
Most definitely, we love doing our treatments on blondes as the results are incredible. It’s like having a permanent conditioning treatment that also straightens & smooths. We will discuss any colour change & degree of straightening you can achieve during the consultation as we cannot guarantee pin straight on blondes like we can on our brunettes due to colour change & condition. We consistently achieve incredible results on our blonde clients, results clients have been unable to achieve in other salons.
Yes it is best to use the products we recommended in salon, some of our treatments have their own aftercare products designed for them & we also sell a range of carefully selected clean organic products for perfect aftercare.
There is no wait time to wash your hair with any of our treatments.
Yes we are highly experienced with straightening & smoothing grey hair however there is a degree of colour change that occurs, usually it is medium to mild but if it’s more severe we recommend planning colour soon after your appointment. We tailor to suit & advise per client the degree of change that will occur.
10 days wait is required after your treatment to swim in salt or chlorinated water, however fresh water there is no wait time. We recommend washing salt & chlorine out of your hair as soon as possible after swimming.
Our treatments are specifically made to enhance overall health & can help promote hair growth. Many of our clients are delighted to be able to finally grow their hair longer than ever after having our treatment’s.
We cannot work around extensions & require them to be removed prior to your appointment & any glue to be combed & washed out prior. There is no wait time to have them put back in after your service.
Yes all of our treatment are suitable & are non tox. None of our treatments contain formaldehyde which unfortunately is in many treatments on the market.

Yes absolutely, if your hair currently holds curls well then the treatment will only enhance this. One of the best advantages of our treatments is allowing you to create your glam curls (without prior ironing), they will be beautifully frizz free.
We accept all cards including the Afterpay card. We do charge 1% for all credit & debit card purchases. Bank transfer is also available via osko via your bank. Cash is also accepted.
